Employee Surveys – Employee Option Surveys – Employee Satisfaction Surveys

Your employees will either talk to you or about you.

With the advent of the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), it will be much, much easier for union organizers to unionize your employees. Non-union workforces that felt “safe” before have every reason to be concerned now – the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) will make a big difference, and not a positive one, for those organizations who are committed to remaining union-free.

You really don’t want to learn you had an otherwise manageable employee relations concern the day you find out your workforce has just unionized.

Doing a good employee survey now will give you ample opportunity to do good, proactive employee relations work and fix major concerns before a union organizer can use them against you. The old saying is “companies deserve the union they get”. Leading business professionals genuinely want to know how their employees feel about their organization – not just the complainers or the apple polishers – everyone.

Whether you call them employee surveys, employee opinion surveys or employee satisfaction surveys, employee surveys are an extremely valuable tool in union avoidance programs.

Employee surveys provide an objective measurement of employee opinion on key benefit, pay, management, safety, work environment and related matters. These surveys help you benchmark where you are now, give you a means to prioritize employee issues and a way to measure the success of changes implemented.

Not all employee surveys are created equal. Some are poorly designed and poorly done. These surveys often do much more harm than they fix. Unless you get accurate employee survey results, you may not be able to prioritize properly, fix the wrong issues or, in some cases, miss the major concerns altogether. Not a good situation.

Our surveys are specifically designed to get you accurate, genuine employee opinions on matter of importance. Our highly customized, confidential approach ensures the relevancy of the data you receive.

The data pack, that is generated as a part of our employee survey procession, provides useful information on how you whole workforce and significant subsections of your workforce feel about key issues.

Unlike other surveys, we don’t do the survey, print out graphs and run. Our associates, who have years of real world employee relations, benefits, union avoidance and survey experience, and provide you with a detailed report of their findings.

Additionally, our associates will put together a PowerPoint presentation showing major findings of the report that you can use to brief senior managers and others in your organizations.

Our associates are also well trained and experienced in conducting employee focus groups to fully develop the record on specific concerns. Knowing the specific context of each major concern allows managers to develop and implement even more effective programs that address those concerns.

Performance Growth Partners Inc. has also been retained to do exit interview and retention interviews by clients who want to “truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth” about why employees are leaving or are committed to stays. This is invaluable information.

Employee opinion surveys are one of the best communication tools that used by progressive employers.
