Safety Training
If you are truly committed to improving your safety performance and costs, high quality safety training is a must. PGPI Safety Division’s Safety Performance instructors will deliver effective, hands-on safety training that will help mold the behavior and commitment of your employees – allowing you to meet and exceed your safety goals.

Hearing Conservation

Have your employees trained to respond and treat all injured employees. Our Safety Performance Instructors are trained to instruct your employees in CPR, First Aid and AED. All trained employees will receive certificates from the American Red Cross.

Employees will be trained on proper container marking, chemical transfer, handling of material waste, proper handling of distribution and personal protection.

Respirator Training

Our Safety Performance Instructors have developed comprehensive, understandable required employee training on the usage of respirators. The Safety Division of PGPI will help identify the need and proper selection of respirators for your facility.

Fit Testing

Our testers will use the QNFT (quantitative fit test) or QLFT (qualitative fit test) for each employee that is designated to wear a respirator. Fit testing will be performed annually or as needed.

Personal Protective Equipment

PGPI Safety Division will assist in the proper personal protective equipment selections and training of each employee. Each employee shall be trained to know when PPE is necessary, what PPE is necessary, how to properly don, doff, and wear PPE, the limitations of PPE and the proper care, maintenance useful life and the disposal of PPE.

Forklift Safety Certification

Forklift Train-the-Trainer

Develop your own in-house forklift trainer. Each trainer will receive instruction on the best classroom training techniques, exciting teaching tools, a step-by-step program and a license to certify your employees.
OSHA Outreach Trainer
10 hour and 30 hour classes
General Industry
PGPI Safety Division’s two or four day OSHA OutReach approved training will cover the majority of all your compliance needs. Classes can be performed on or off your production site. Each participant will receive an OSHA OutReach approved training certificate. There is a minimum requirement of 5 participants per class.
